In September 2018, 21 teams of local businesses participated in our Bangers and Cash art roadshow banger rally through Europe and made it all the way from Sheffield to Monte Carlo!
Teams visited Brussels, Luxembourg, Strasbourg, Switzerland and Italy, before driving over the finish line in Monte Carlo’s famous Casino Square. The car bonnets were then returned to Sheffield to be auctioned at a celebration dinner event at the Mercure Hotel in October.
In total, Bangers and Cash raised over £100,000 for Roundabout’s ground-breaking prevention project, which delivers highly effective mediation and drop-in advice services, as well as peer education about homelessness in schools, delivered by trained volunteers who have experienced homelessness themselves.

Sheffield to Brussels. Overnight night stay in Belgium.

Saturday 22ndSeptember 2018
Brussels to Lucerne, Switzerland via Luxembourg, Strasbourg.
Overnight stay in Switzerland.
Day 3
Sunday 23rd September 2018
Milan, Italy via St Gotthards Mountains Pass, Lugano, Lake Como and the home of motor sport itself Monza. Overnight stay in Milan.
Day 4
Monday 24th September 2018
Milan to the grand finale ‘Monte Carlo’ then on to celebrate in Nice. Day 5 - Tuesday 25th - Return home.
